Reimbursement

Kinderpraktijk Uithoorn does have contracts with Amsterdam-Amstelland and Utrecht-West (Ronde Venen) for reimbursed care. This includes:
- DUO (Uithoorn, Amsterdam, Ouder-Amstel)

- Aalsmeer-Amstelveen (en Kudelstaart)

- Ronde Venen (Amstelhoek, de Hoef, Mijdrecht, Waverveen, Wilnis, Vinkeveen en Abcoude)

If you live in the province of South Holland, our care can be financed from a PGB (individualized subsidy).

Kinderpraktijk Uithoorn is HKZ certified.

A reference by a doctor or youth care team is necessary to receive the reimbursed care. On the referral note (general practitioner) or the ordination (youth care team) has to be stated whether they refer for BGGZ or SGGZ, and what the area of concern is.

When the registration is complete, the parents will be invited for an intake and introduction to the therapist. Together with the parents we will look into the severity and the complexity of the problem, and whether or not there possibly might be a DSM-5 related diagnosis at play. We will draw up what the family’s needs and questions are for the outcomes of the treatment or diagnostic examination. Together we will determine if the problem or question falls under reimbursed care, and if it concerns BGGZ or SGGZ. We do not provide crisis assistance.

Each treatment session will last approximately 45 minutes. The number of treatments depends on the problem and the child’s situation. In case of a diagnostic research (instead of or combined with treatment), a different trajectory will be used. Our aim is to complete the trajectory within the reimbursed care. Parents will be informed if it isn’t possible to fit the traject within reimbursed care.

If an appointment is made, but you don’t show up or fail to cancel in time, the costs will be at your own expense.

Dyslexia and dyscalculia research won’t be reimbursed. If in doubt, feel free to contact us.

You can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@kinderpraktijkuithoorn.nl or by calling 0297 - 75 01 79.

If you want to be eligible for reimbursement, a referral from the general practitioner or the youth care team of the municipality is required in all cases.
